Geoffroy van Raemdonck is the Chief Executive Officer of Exemplar Luxury Group and a Member of its Board of Directors. Appointed CEO to lead the company through a transformative period, he oversees all of Exemplar Luxury Group’s businesses, including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. 

Van Raemdonck is an accomplished luxury retail executive with decades of experience leading global consumer brands and retail organizations through complex transformations, restoring profitability and sustainable growth. Previously, he served as CEO of Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) from 2018 until the company merged with Saks Fifth Avenue in December 2024. As the visionary leader in NMG’s transformation, he enabled strategic and performance-driven business decisions – fostering innovative thinking and leading the company’s growth strategy. During his tenure, he successfully transformed the organization into a growing and profitable business, driving momentum and fostering innovation to elevate the customer experience. Van Raemdonck has built a career driving performance improvements at prominent luxury brands in Europe and the U.S. Prior to NMG, he served in leadership roles at Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren and St. John Knits.

He received the 2023 Parsons Table Award from Parsons School of Design and was honored at the Fashion Scholarship Fund 2022 Annual Awards Ceremony for his commitment to fostering emerging industry talent. In 2025, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award for Visionary Retail Leadership from the Retail Leaders Circle Global Forum.
