AI Stage by Klaviyo, Expo, Level 1
AI agents are already reshaping how consumers discover and buy products. Yet many retailers remain unprepared, with gaps in catalog quality, AI visibility, and operational reliability that limit their ability to compete in this emerging channel. In this session, we’ll break down the three critical gaps separating AI-ready retailers from those falling behind, and show how the right infrastructure decisions made today become tomorrow’s competitive moat. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for assessing their own AI commerce readiness and concrete next steps for closing the gap before it closes their window of opportunity.
