Exhibitor Big Ideas Stage 2
Catalyst Brands, the company behind JCPenney, Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Lucky Brand and Nautica, is putting AI in the hands of associates across all five brands with WorkJam's AI frontline operations platform, giving them answers in the moment, in the flow of their work. When you're rolling out AI at this scale, every decision matters. Where do you start? How do you set the right guardrails? How do you get thousands of associates to trust it and actually use it? In this session, Catalyst leaders tell the story of how they're doing it, from the first decisions at headquarters to the store floor, what they've learned along the way, and what comes next.
